Q. From reading your flyer I understand that this class will be using CWG to facilitate their own conversation with God. What if someone isn't inspired to have a conversation during class? What if as they write all they hear is their own thoughts?
I remember channeling this entity named Tara and I would have conversations with her inside my head. I remember writing a letter that described her. I thought I was temporarily insane. Several times she would enter my body either just before or just following the sexual act. Looking back I shake my head and wonder at the oddness of it all. She hasn't come to me in a couple of years. Now, was all that my imagination? Did I convince myself so completely of her existence that I went as far as to "channel" her? When we would use the Oiuja board she would speak to me then. Was/am I crazy?
A. I think there are a couple of possible explanations for Tara... neither of which would indicate to me that you were/are crazy.
One would be that Tara is a part of who you are... an alternate personality, not unlike Kassandra is a part of who I am, though she has some rather distinct personality traits that Serena seldom, if ever, shows.
The other would be that Tara IS an aspect of God you were channeling. You would be the only one who could determine whether either of these possibilities is valid, or if there is another answer.
Q. Anyway, my point, what if someone just is unable to commune with God? Will everyone go around the circle and read their personal dialogues with God before the whole class?
A. I believe everyone is able to communicate with God... though not everyone will channel words on paper. Not everyone will communicate with God in a way that can be translated into words. That is one of the things we will be talking about in class.... ways to recognize communications from God. (Like, perhaps the peaceful FEELING many experience when at the mansion?)
And most conversations with God will not happen during class... we will be meeting to discover ways to recognize those connections when they happen. Many people will keep in their notebooks stories ABOUT their connections, not scripts of actual conversations.
The point is that Walsch had a wonderful and valuable format for his dialogue... one that opened possibilities for many people. But certainly not the ONLY method...
